Updated COVID-19 Statement for Patients

Camille Cash, M.D.

Dear Patient,

Team Cash would like to take a moment to update you as we cautiously begin to re-open the practice in phases with enhanced safety measures in place.  The health and well-being of our patients and our staff is our number one priority and will always be at the heart of every decision we make.

Since the beginning of this coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have been following the most up to date CDC coronavirus guidelines. We recognize that this situation continues to evolve on a daily or even hourly basis. We will continue to stay abreast of the most current recommendations and guidelines and will notify you of any changes to the operation of the practice.

April 22nd:

During the first phase of re-opening our practice, we will continue to offer consultations and routine follow-up appointments to provide convenience and care to all our current and prospective patients. In adherence to state and local mandates, we will also begin to cautiously resume certain in-office activities, with enhanced safety protocols in place during this first phase of re-opening.  Office appointments will be available for time-sensitive matters only during this phase.  This includes pre- and post-operative visits or to provide urgent medical care.  The following protocols have been put in to place and will be strictly adhered to until further notice:

  • Please do not come to the office if you feel unwell or have had a potential exposure to someone with COVID-19
  • Your temperature will be taken.  Do NOT come in if you have a temperature of 100.4+
  • When you arrive to the office, please call to check in. You may be asked to wait in your car until the office is ready to receive you.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Please arrive with your mask on
  • You will be asked to wash your hands with sanitizer upon entering the office
  • Please do not bring anyone in with you
  • For the safety of our staff and all of our patients please respect our new office rules and policies

April 24th:

Retail-to-go begins.  At this time, in-office purchases can be made on a limited basis with strict compliance to the aforementioned enhanced safety protocols.   As we continually adapt to new ways of working, we are thrilled to share that we have partnered with SkinCeuticals to fulfill all your SkinCeuticals product needs from their shipping center directly to your home. Click here to learn more about this new service and how to receive free-shipping and a complimentary sample.

May 1st:

We will begin to proceed with scheduled surgeries during this next phase of re-opening the practice.  While state and local restrictions on elective procedures have been lifted as of April 22nd, it is with an abundance of caution that we will wait until the beginning of May to further ensure everyone’s health and well-being.  Click here to learn more about the wide array or surgical procedures I offer.

COVID-19 Statement for Patients

March 16, 2020

Dear Patient,

TEAMCash would like to take a moment and connect with you directly as the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our communities.

The well-being and safety of our patients and our staff is our number one priority and will always be at the heart of every decision we make.

Since the beginning of this pandemic, we have been following the most up to date CDC coronavirus guidelines. We recognize that this situation continues to evolve on a daily or even hourly basis. We will continue to stay abreast of the most current recommendations and guidelines and will notify you of any changes to the operation of the practice.

The office is currently open, although in a reduced capacity. A portion of our staff is working remotely. We are carefully monitoring the flow of patients in the office to make sure that we maintain a 6 ft distance between patients. We are also ensuring that no more than 10 people including staff will be in the office at any one point in time. We are working to expand our capability to provide appointments both for new patient and for established patients. Further details will be provided in the next few days.

In terms of scheduled elective surgeries, we are following the guidelines established by our local medical authorities and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. If you wish to check the status of your surgery or reschedule your upcoming surgery, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

We will continue to follow the CDC’s strict guidelines for disinfecting and sterilization in our office. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are asking for your help as we strive to maintain a safe environment for both our patients and staff alike.

If you or a family member has an appointment scheduled in our office within the next two weeks and have traveled outside of the country in the past 2 weeks, please call our office to reschedule. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment after the 14-day period recommended by the CDC.

In addition, if you or your child has a cough, fever or have been ill within 48 hours of your appointment, for the safety and health of other patients, their families and our own families, please call to reschedule the appointment. If you fall into any of the high-risk categories, please stay home, we don’t want you to take any unnecessary risks.

We thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We will be monitoring this situation closely and providing updates as needed. We thank you for the trust and confidence placed in us by choosing TEAMCash!

I can’t remember when my appointment is for my hydro facial. I usually get a reminder but I can’t remember if it is next Wednesday or Thursday. We are currently working from home.

  • Julia Hill says:

Hi this is Julia Smith Hill. My mommy makeover is scheduled for June 1st. Do you think we could still hit that target date? Thank you!

    • Camille Cash MD says:

As of now, I do anticipate that June 1st should not be a problem. With an abundance of caution and enhanced safety protocols, we will resume outpatient surgeries starting on May 2nd. If there is any additional information or assistance we can provide in the mean time, please feel free to call us at 713-571-0600 or contact us online using the following link: https://www.camillecashmd.com/contact-us/

We suggest you get a letter of medical clearance from your gynecologist prior to scheduling an appointment. It is possible that with this diagnosis, a hysterectomy might be needed at some point. The tummy may be extended and a tummy tuck won’t correct it alone. For any additional information or assistance, please feel free to contact our office directly.

  • Trelonda Hartley says:
