As our practice continues to grow, we remain dedicated to providing all of our patients the level of care and attention they deserve. Our office takes every effort to make sure that your time with us is unhurried and pleasant from start to finish. In an effort to optimize the overall experience for all patients at Camille Cash M.D., we have adopted the following policies and procedures. A consultation fee is required at the time of booking your consultation in order to secure the appointment. This fee will be applied towards your procedure if scheduled within 90 days of your visit with us.
Please contact our office 2 business days in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment or if you need to reschedule. By notifying us in advance, we are able to offer appointments to patients on our wait-list. Failure to notify our office in advance will result in a $100.00 penalty fee for appointments with Dr. Cash, and a $50.00 fee for appointments with our Marty Knesek R.N. The credit card you provided to secure your appointment will be charged two days before your appointment.
If you reschedule your appointment with advance notice (more than 2 business days) there will be no charge. To reach us after-hours, please call the office and leave a message with our answering service. We will retrieve your time-stamped message on the following business day and process your request.
If you are interested in financing your procedure, Camille Cash M.D. is happy to offer our patients flexible payment options through CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit. The approval process is simple, and our staff can assist you with your application.
CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit offers a variety of financial products and financing options. If you would like to pre-qualify prior to your appointment, please feel free to call or apply online clicking one either the CareCredit or Alphaeon Credit buttons below. Finance your procedure today and lock into a convenient low monthly payment plan. If you have any questions regarding patient costs or financing options, request a consultation online or call us at 713-571-0600. Please note these payment options are only available to cover fees of $500 or more.
We request patients complete their online registration prior to your first visit with us. If you are unable to register here, please call our office for assistance. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it is possible that you’re appointment will be shortened or rescheduled.

Service packages and pre-paid treatments Many of our services can be purchased in a series to help your save money and attain maximum results. These services must be completed within 1 year of the purchase date. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an unrendered, pre-paid service, the remaining balance can be used towards other services within one year from date of purchase.
Products: To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not eligible for a refund. If dissatisfied with an opened product, we will credit your account for the cost of the product if you have your receipt and return the opened product to our office within 10 days of your purchase.
Tipping and Gratuity
Camille Cash M.D. is a non-tipping facility. Tipping is not customary because we are a medical facility. The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.
