Breast Implant Exchange and Revision Case #182

This a 49 year old mother of 3 had undergone breast augmentation with silicone implants 18 years prior to coming in for a consultation to discuss revision options.  It was clear she had developed bilateral capsular contractures and after exploring her options, she decided to have me perform a capsulectomy and to remove, rather than replace, her implants.  Her results are seen here 9 months after her procedure.
