Breast Implant Exchange and Revision Case #178

This 43 year old woman was dissatisfied with the results of a breast augmentation that she had undergone 11 years prior.  During her consultation to discuss revision options, she explained that she disliked the rippling of her under-filled saline implants which could be both felt and seen.  Furthermore, she felt her breasts were too far apart and she desired to be a cup size larger as she had gained weight since her original surgery.

During surgery, I removed her 275 cc saline implants and created a new pocket for insertion of her 325cc Natrelle Inspira round gel implants.  As you can see in these photos taken at her 3 month follow up visit, her results are fuller breasts that look and feel much more natural.
