Breast Reduction Before & After Case 614

This 21 year old woman (5'3, 189lbs) from Houston, TX came to see me to discuss her goals for smaller, more symmetrical breasts.  She is seen in these photos before and after a superomedial pedicle breast reduction.  285 grams of tissue were remove from the left breast and 143 grams were removed from the right to address pre-operative asymmetry.
