This college student came to see me for a breast reduction.  She felt her breasts had always been too large and heavy for her 5'6, 188lb figure and desired a more proportionate size.  Prior to surgery, her bra size was 40JJ and her goal was to be a D-cup. 

To achieve the results seen here in her 6 month-follow up photos, I removed 1180 grams (approx 2.6 lbs) from her left breast and removed 1712 grams (approx 3.8 lbs) were removed from her right breast to address pre-operative asymmetry.
