What financing options are available?
Cherry
Cherry is a buy now, pay later company that makes it fast and easy to pay for health and wellness treatments over time, with 0% APR options available. You can use the Cherry calculator on our website to enter your procedure cost and preview payment plans before you decide.
PatientFi, CareCredit, and Alphaeon Credit
These patient financing providers let you pay for cosmetic and aesthetic treatments in manageable installments. The application process is simple, and our team can assist you with it during your visit.
How does Cherry work?
Cherry breaks the process into 3 easy steps:
- See if you qualify. The application takes about 60 seconds to complete.
- Get care. Use your approval to pay for your treatment.
- Pay over time. Choose a plan length that fits your needs, with 0% APR options available.

How do I apply for financing?
The approval process is simple, and our staff can help you complete your application. Many patients like to explore their options before their consultation so they arrive ready to plan. You are also welcome to ask us any questions about financing during your appointment.
What is the consultation fee, and does it go toward my procedure?
For plastic surgery procedures and injectables, a $250 consultation fee is collected when you book to secure your appointment. This fee is applied toward your surgical fee or your filler or BOTOX® fee when you schedule your procedure or treatment within 90 days of your initial consultation.
For med spa services, new patients pay a $100 consultation fee at booking, which is applied toward their treatment or product purchase at the time of their appointment. Consultation fees are nonrefundable.
What deposit is required to reserve a surgery date?
A $1,000 deposit reserves your surgery date and holds your spot on Dr. Cash’s surgical calendar. This deposit is nonrefundable.
What does my surgical fee include?
Your surgical fee covers all of your follow-up visits for 1 full year after your cosmetic surgery procedure, so your care and recovery are supported well beyond the day of your treatment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards (American Express®, Mastercard®, and Visa®), and personal checks. Personal checks are accepted up to 2 weeks before your scheduled surgery date.
