I do not typically write reviews, however; I am compelled to share my extreme pleasure following my Abdominoplasty and (lower) Blepharoplasty procedures performed by Dr. Cash. I had friends/family in the medical field question whether or not I should have the same doctor perform both procedures; as typically a surgeon may specialize in a particular area/region of the body. However, I could not be more pleased with my results!! Dr. Cash is indeed skilled and talented in sculpting the body. Along with the abdominoplasty, she basically had to “create” a new belly button for me that is beautiful! During an exam, I recently showed my Ob-Gyn (who delivered my 2 babies), and she was impressed with the results herself, and amazed at how natural my belly button looked, further explaining that many surgically created/repaired belly buttons she has seen, do not appear authentic. Truthfully, I was extremely nervous going into the process from the beginning; however, 8 weeks post-op, I can honestly say that I am so happy that I chose to work with Dr. Cash, as I am thoroughly pleased with my procedures, her staff, nurse and post-op instructions/treatments that has my surgical site/scar fading beautifully!

Well just let me start by saying that Dr. Cash as well as her kind staff deserve way more than 5 stars! I am 49 years young and I have never encountered a nicer, more caring, professional team in my lifetime. I came to Dr. Cash very ill. I had a hernia the size of a bowling ball and my organs were not functioning properly. After a major abdominal surgery and a failed hernia repair performed by another physician my abdominal wall was a complete train wreck. I came to her very down and unsure anyone would be able to repair me and get me back to a normal life. Dr. Cash looked at my CT scan and informed me that she would take exceptional care of me but would need to bring in another physician to ensure the hernia was repaired as it was an extreme case. She as well as her team spent the time needed to make me feel secure, as you can only imagine I was a nervous wreck to ever be cut on again. Anyway this story could go on for days but I won't bore you with the past issues I will get straight to the point. Dr. Cash accomplished exactly what she said. I am beyond pleased with my results! My stomach is flat......I said flat, this is something I would have never dreamed possible! I am running and playing with my grandson again. I feel phenomenal and it is all due to the brilliance of this surgeon and her lovely team!!! My organs are working properly now that HERMAN (this is what I nicknamed the beast of a hernia) is gone and my abdominal wall was reconstructed. I can breath again! There truly are no words to describe this beautiful person and her team!! They take the time to make their patients feel comfortable and like they are part of their family. Had my breast reduction by Dr Cash a few days ago and I could not be more pleased with how well it went. In her office for the presurgical consultation she was so kind and warm. She talked to me with my clothes on first (that was a huge difference than other docs I had seen) and got to know me and my goals before we dove in to the technical stuff. She took her time with me and addressed all of my concerns with great care. I am a registered nurse, and I really appreciated her “talking shop” with me and treating me more like a colleague as we discussed what I was looking for. On surgery day she was so great at keeping me calm and explaining things to my husband (who was incredibly nervous). She did excellent work and I can already tell that I am going to love these results. Thank you Dr Cash for your excellent care and for doing your best work on me!

I went into Dr. Cash’s office for a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. Dr. Cash made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. When the day of my surgery came I was very nervous. Dr. Cash spoke to me about my concerns and immediately put my fears to rest. The procedures went great and I feel amazing. I haven’t looked and felt like this in 17 years! I would have the procedures done again in a heartbeat. 100% satisfied!

My experience with Dr. Cash and her staff has been simply amazing. My only regret is waiting so long in my life to have the procedure. It truly has been life changing for me and I'm grateful to Dr. Cash everyday.

I loved my experience with Dr. Cash. I went to here for my first ever surgery, I got a breast augmentation. In my consultation she took an hour or so getting to know me and what I really wanted out of my surgery. My surgery went smooth and now 8 weeks later, I still look like myself only bigger and better. I stressed that I wanted to still look as natural as possible and I do! Everyone compliments me on how natural I still look and how you could never tell.

After extreme weightloss I had a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck, breast lift with implants, brachioplasty, and thigh lift. My experience was incredible and so are my results! Dr. Cash and everyone in the office are absolutely amazing. Their caring, loving and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. From the moment I walked in for my consult they treated me like family. There aren't words to express how grateful I am for their expertise, attention to detail, and perfection in my surgery. I am elated and overjoyed with my new body! Dr. Cash beautifully erased a decade of shame, embarrassment and discomfort for which I am forever grateful. Walking in, Tiffany & Angelica always treated my mother and I with care and respect and greeted us with thier big, beautiful smiles. Rachel always answered my questions and gave gentle, patient and knowledgeable care pre and post op and still checks on me to see how I feel. Karen always communicated everything honestly and with a professional but yet friendly and caring attitude. Jaclyn has such a calm demeanor that she made me feel so comfortable and at ease about the process and makes you feel so good about your results. Anya always makes herself available and was always willing to assist with any task necessary. Dr. Cashbhas an attention for detail and it definitely shows in her work and results!! Lynette was so professional and super sweet! She, as well as the rest of the staff, made me feel comfortable each time I came in. She also answered every question I had and made sure that I was satisfied with my results. Great experience!
