I went into Dr. Cash’s office for a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. Dr. Cash made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. When the day of my surgery came I was very nervous. Dr. Cash spoke to me about my concerns and immediately put my fears to rest. The procedures went great and I feel amazing. I haven’t looked and felt like this in 17 years! I would have the procedures done again in a heartbeat. 100% satisfied!

I loved my experience with Dr. Cash. I went to here for my first ever surgery, I got a breast augmentation. In my consultation she took an hour or so getting to know me and what I really wanted out of my surgery. My surgery went smooth and now 8 weeks later, I still look like myself only bigger and better. I stressed that I wanted to still look as natural as possible and I do! Everyone compliments me on how natural I still look and how you could never tell.

After extreme weightloss I had a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck, breast lift with implants, brachioplasty, and thigh lift. My experience was incredible and so are my results! Dr. Cash and everyone in the office are absolutely amazing. Their caring, loving and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. From the moment I walked in for my consult they treated me like family. There aren't words to express how grateful I am for their expertise, attention to detail, and perfection in my surgery. I am elated and overjoyed with my new body! Dr. Cash beautifully erased a decade of shame, embarrassment and discomfort for which I am forever grateful. Walking in, Tiffany & Angelica always treated my mother and I with care and respect and greeted us with thier big, beautiful smiles. Rachel always answered my questions and gave gentle, patient and knowledgeable care pre and post op and still checks on me to see how I feel. Dr. Cash is phenomenal! I had a body makeover after massive weight loss. She performed a fleur de lis abdominoplasty, breast lift and augmentation, and brachioplasy. I couldn't be more happy with my results. Her team is amazing and you really get the sense of compassion and care when visiting her office. Dr. Cash provided clear post-op instructions and managed my post-op pain adequately. I need to have a couple more surgeries on my lower body to finish my transformation and plan of using Dr. Cash for those procedures. If you want to look your best and feel your best, do yourself a favor and visit her office asap!

Very caring physician. Took the time to talk to me first and ask about goals before the examination (which eased my mind considerably!). She was also willing to talk “shop” with me as a nurse which I greatly appreciated.

What would I do without real self. I am so appreciative for all you women to share your stories , insecurities, surgery tips , and recommendations. I feel like this a sisterhood with positive vibes and feedback. Funny I always thoughts me and girlfriend was the only people that hate our after pregnancy fupas. ???????????? I always get the questions why are you doing this , you look fine too me , your crazy, your vain, you should be happy, your going to start getting more work it won’t make you happy. etc etc The list goes on. I really only have one friend supporting me on this journey the one who complains about her fupa. Our bond is unbreakable. With all that said I am having so much anxiety, sleepless nights, depression, and crying questioning myself if I made the right decision. I have to keep telling myself girl you wanted this for five years. Don’t let the nay sayers stop you from completely your journey . Have faith in God and trust your doctor. With all that said I choose Dr. Camille Cash in the Houston area. I love the connection with her , real photos before and after /times of after photos taken different body types and and most importantly she was real on projection results . I told her I want to be snatched ,hourglass , waist small like a 26, remove roll in back, and breast a full c . My waist is currently a 30 and my breast is a 32 E or 34 d. Dr. Cash was real . She told me all this can be achievable and I am not asking for anything out the normal so my expectations will not be a problem as long as I am up for the healing process as results will not show overnight as the body will be healing and changing daily on recovery up to 9 months. She did state I will definitely see a difference on my silhouette after surgery’. At first I could not understand but now I do thanks to my real self sisters showing and explaining their journey during their process . I posted some before photos and photos with my clothes on with a wish pic 3 weeks it just seems so unreal. I will post my process and journey going forward?? Updated on 28 May 2018: Here are my befores.. I am the pro in hiding a fupa and lifting breast up with clothes on. It’s when I don’t have them on or wear a swimsuit is where i get my insecurities at . Motherhood was awesome my kids are grown now so I am just trying to get my body where i want it to be . Gym and eating healthy-as I currently do will never get rid of my fupa. This surgery is needed. Updated on 21 Jun 2018: This was an emotional roller coaster and I am so glad I made the decision to have this mommy make over procedure done . I love Dr.Cash . She IS truly amazing and I will be for ever grateful to her for making me feel secure with my body again. Can’t wait to see end results. It was not easy tho. Mix emotions , the pain ohhh yes the pain for the first 3 days but it has gotten better . Day 1 pain was a 10 OMG was all I can say , Day 2-3 pain was 8 very uncomfortable, tender to the touch. and swollen .Day 4-5 pain was like 7 emotions kicking in and still feeling soar - swollen and trying to wing of pain meds. Day 6-8 I can actually say it’s getting better. Pain is manageable, breast sensation and tingles starting to comeback, all swollen and tender however staring too see result push through, now off an 1/2 pill norco every 10 hour . This makes 8 days pot op So excited for the 14-21 day post op mark . Praying that my incision healing and recovery process continues to????????????with no issues ?? Updated on 24 Jun 2018: i am still in my aha moment . This was taken 13 days ago . i am still swollen but thus far i am. loving my result and so excited too see the changes in my body.. Now that my final drained is removed i am moving way better , sleeping better and most importantly i am standing straight up once I get my body up. i am wearing the compression socks over my garment to continue to reduce swelling per doctor orders in my feet ,ankles and legs. Legs and feet went down but my ankles are still swollen . Praying that they go down as I fly out wednesday 3 day .I am still sleeping in a recliner chair . Took my first shower and it was amazing . Mild pain but no pain pills needed . eating very healthy and my appetite is light which is good because i am not working out. i am drinking a lot of fluids but i am going to the bath room frequently. way more than normal. Maybe my body is rejecting the water due to swelling or maybe this is extra fluid is stored in my body . I will ask my doctor but all in all i am now a 3 on how i rate pain and feeling like an overall 6 so far on recovery . My next update will be 4 weeks post op . Good luck on your journey.
