This lovely patient came to see me to rejuvenate the appearance of her eyes.  Her goal was to look like a more rested and rejuvenated version of herself.  I first performed cheek, tear-trough, and nasolabial fold filler.  She desired further correction so months later, I performed a Bilateral Quadrilateral Blepharoplasty with Lateral Canthopexy the results of which are seen here in this photo, taken at her 5 week follow up visit and again at her 6 month follow up visit.
