Eyelid Surgery Before & After Case 552

This patient desired a more rested and youthful appearance.  I did a combination of filler and surgery to acheive these resutls.  First, I used 3cc's of filler in her cheeks and tear troughs and and additional 1cc of filler to her temples (0.5ccs on each side)

Approximately 4 months later, I performed a lower blepharoplasty with lateral canthopexy, the results of which are seen in these 11 week and 11 month follow up photos.
