Lower Blepharoplasty with Lateral Canthopexy

Bothered by eye-bags, this patient came to see me to discuss her treatment option.  She presented with a significant pseudoherniation of the fat pads below her eyes which is a condition where orbital and eyelid fat starts to come forward and become more visible in the under-eye region.  She also had excess skin below the eyes.  She is seen here before and 12 weeks after a lower blepharoplasty with a lateral canthopexy.
