Removal and replacement of implants along with a Mastopexy (breast lift), Capsulorrhaphy, and Capsulectomy.

This patient had undergone a primary breast augmentation 13 years earlier and had since gained weight and developed breast ptsosis (sagging).  She now disliked her breasts which she felt were now too large and too low.  The implants removed were 500cc smooth round Mentor implants.  To achieve the results seen here, I performed a capsulorrhaphy, capsulectomy, and breast lift along with the insertion of smaller Natrelle 415cc smooth  round responsive full projecting implants.
