This patient's breast were asymmetrical which made her feel self-conscious and limited in the types of clothing that she felt comfortable wearing.  While I typically correct asymmetry by operating on both breasts, after discussing all her options, she felt confident in her decision to have a unilateral reduction of the left breast only.  She is seen here before and 13 months after her surgery.
