Breast Reduction Before & After Case 626

After pregnancy and breast feeding, this mother of 2 was interested in a breast lift. She liked the size of her breasts but wished they were perkier.  She disliked the low-lying position of her nipples.  She is seen here before and after a reduction/lift with insertion of Durasorb mesh to support the soft tissues (sometimes referred to as an "internal bra"). 

347g of excess skin and tissue were removed from the right breast and 288 grams were removed from the left to address her preoperative asymmetry.
