Breast Reduction Before & After Case 556

This young patient liked the size of her breasts but wished they were perkier and more symmetrical breasts.  She is seen here after a lift with a small reduction of right breast and the Ruth Graf flap technique was used to add upper pole fullness to her breasts using her own natural tissue (autoaugmentation).  49 grams of tissue were removed from the right  breast and 142 grams were removed from the left.
