Breast Reduction Before & After Case 538

This working mom desired smaller, perkier breasts.  Prior to surgery she wore a 36DDD and desired to be a C cup.  Before and 3 months after a superomedial pedicle breast reduction.  972 grams (approx 2.14 lbs) of excess skin and tissue were removed.  

Plasma-assisted liposuction of the axilla ("arm pit"), braline, and upper back was also performed, removing 700ccs of volume from her left side and an additional 700ccs from the right.
