Breast Augmentation Case #171

This is a 27 year old patient who desired breast augmentation to improve the symmetry of her breasts and to increase her cup size from a 34B to a size D.  To achieve these goals, smooth round high profile silicone gel implants were used. Visual symmetry was attained by using a 375cc implant on her right and a 325cc implant on her left breast. As seen in these photos taken at her 1 year follow up visit, her results are very natural looking while still adding sexy fullness to the upper pole of her breasts to enhance cleavage.
