Tummy Tuck and Liposuction on thin, 60 year-old woman

This is a thin, 60 year old female who presents with abdominal wall laxity and skin laxity which distorted the appearance of her midsection. As you can see in her before photo, she had a well-healed Pfannestiel incision from a prior hysterectomy and inferior umbilical incision. During surgery, I excised her previous incision, surgically tightened the abdominal wall muscles, and removed a total of 383 grams (approximately .84 lbs) of excess skin. Her results are seen in this after photo, taken 6 months after surgery.
