Breast Augmentation and Extended Abdominoplasty Case #289

This 39 year old patient desired a breast augmentation and extended abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) following a 100 pound gastric sleeve assisted weight-loss.  This patient also had a history of heavy menstrual bleeding and elected to have a total abdominal hysterectomy as the same time.  She is seen here approximately 6 weeks after surgery during which I removed 1471 grams (approx. 3.24 pounds) of excess skin from her abdomen and placed Natrelle Inspira Smooth Round Responisve full projecting silicone implants with a volume of 450ccs below the pectoral muscle.
