This patient had an extreme amount of excess skin following a 220 pound weight-loss. To achieve the results seen here on this weight-loss patient, I performed a brachioplasty, breast lift with implants, fleur-de-lis tummy tuck, and thighplasty. Natrelle smooth round responsive full projecting implants with a volume of 520ccs were used.
