I called Dr. Cash’s office to request information regarding procedures. Tiffany took the time to answer my questions, and made me comfortable enough to schedule an appointment. She was not pushy nor did she rush me. She was thorough, but very kind and gentle. The office staff is a direct reflection of the physician. If Dr. Cash’s office staff is delivering with this level of excellence, I can only imagine what my experience will be like with her. I am looking forward to this journey.

It was always my plan to have a tummy tuck and Liposuction but I waited until I was finished with having children. After having twins, I never got rid of the “kangaroo pouch” and I just wasn’t happy with the way I looked. I finally decided to do a mommy makeover!! I researched several doctors and choose Dr. Cash. Her being a double board certified doctor was a plus. I followed her social media for two years prior to my surgery. Her work is simply amazing. Of course, me being a black woman, I felt comfortable with a doctor of the same ethnicity because she would understand me and my body or skin issues. My results were amazing and I would do it all over!! In fact, I have gone back to receive additional services! I also want to commend her entire staff; they are simply amazing!! Huge shout out to Alana who took care of me and of course Karen who made me feel at home since day 1!

Dr. Cash is an exceptional physician. After a lot research I decided to utilize Dr. Cash for my surgery. Her staff of beautiful ladies are just as kind and lovely as Dr. Cash. I am thoroughly pleased and satisfied with my results. Please know that when you choose Dr. Cash your surgery will be at her office which is convenient. I also like the fact that I have a year of follow ups at no additional charge.

You can expect to have an honest and truthful recommendation from anyone and if you have any questions they take the time to explain the details of any service. When you visit you’re not being sold you’re being consulted.

4 months post-op & I'm so happy with my breast reduction After years of contemplating getting a breast reduction, I decided to go forth with the procedure. Using Dr. Cash as my surgeon was the best decision I made. She and her staff are truly amazing. They are very professional and treat you as if you are the only patient. My results were great and every time I stare at myself in the mirror, I feel like it is Christmas! If I were to ever choose to get additional procedures , it would be a no-brainer to use Dr. Cash!

I recently received filler injections for the first time from Dr. Cash. I’m 57 and have been getting Botox for several years. I knew I was ready for fillers when my reflection in the mirror did not look like “me”. One morning it looked as if my face was sliding downward from my cheeks to my chin. Overnight I felt old. She and her team were heaven! No one… literally no one knows unless I tell them. It was worth every penny. It looks so natural and has made me feel like myself again.
