Excellent Dr and excellent work!I would defiantly go to her again if I need to !
The staff is professional, friendly, and supportive. And I trust Dr Cash in her area of expertise(I wanted only female surgeons and she was the top notcher in my research- up to date in the industry). She has done a great job in helping me see myself differently.
I had years of upper back pain and bra straps digging into my skin because of oversized breasts. I was a 40DDD and now a very nice 36C cup. I also, had bra line lipo in the back and on the sides of my breast. The pain from the lipo is unreal you literally feel like you got beat with a bat, but the doctor and her staff did inform me of this pain. However, the outcome afterwards is that I look and feel great. The breast surgery was not that bad if you follow the doctor’s orders which is no lifting and lots of rest.
I considered enhancing my appearance. I was extremely anxious, but received thorough consultation from Dr Cash. She and her staff were well informed on breast technology and procedures. I just completed my one year follow up on my breast augmentation surgery. Dr Cash and her staff are wonderful. Do it!!

I was so ready after years of research and making sure finally I was financially ready for the breast augmentation procedure. I had a lot loose skin I lost after pregnancy and breastfeeding two boys. Why I waited so long was because I wanted to make sure I done with having my kids. You can get breast augmentation before kids but this was my choice. Since my 3 kids are now 23, 20 and 7. It was my time to treat myself.
I don’t usually do social media posts, but wanted to say how great Dr. Cash and her staff are! She is great. She makes you feel as if you are important to her practice. I had a small problem with an injectable and she took great care of doing something else to make my skin look so much better! I will have more work done there and I feel that I am in great hands with Dr. Cash.

Dr. Cash is an excellent doctor. She is consciousness, warm and accessible. My breast work looks great: natural and tasteful, but sexy. Her consultation was thorough and she listened to ascertain what your true goal. Office staff friendly and professional. Surgical center is a top-notched facility. It is fun getting dressed again, especially during the summer and holidays. Love having a female plastic surgeon - she gets it!!!
I had two kids 20 years ago and exercised regularly, however could get my lower abdominal area back. My waistline was relatively small, but the excess skin in the lower abdominal area was unattractive and caused me to go up one size in clothing. Dr. Cash is an excellent doctor. She is consciousness, warm and accessible. I'm at 3 weeks post op, feeling great and looking good. Of course, I still have some swelling - which is normal. However, I am already down a size in clothing and can't wait till the summer!!!
