While researching surgeons in Houston with experience in explant procedures, I came across Dr. Cash and scheduled a consultation. It was immediately clear that she is highly knowledgeable and very skilled in her field. Dr. Cash took a significant amount of time to walk me through multiple options, including explant only, explant with lift, implant exchange, capsulectomy, and the use of medication to soften capsular contracture. I truly appreciated how thorough, educational, and patient she was in answering all of my questions. One thing that stood out to me was that she had explant photos to share during the consultation (and online), which is surprisingly rare in the Houston area. Many surgeons primarily focus on breast augmentation results, so seeing explant outcomes was extremely helpful and something I genuinely appreciated. Her insight helped me better understand what was possible and what each option involved. Her assistant, Jahira, was also very kind and welcoming. The only part of the experience that felt discouraging was after the consultation, when another assistant, Karen, repeatedly emphasized Dr. Cash’s recommendation for an implant exchange with a mesh bra. Since the sole purpose of my visit was to discuss explant options, this felt unexpected and came across as somewhat pressure-oriented. Ultimately, I decided to move forward with a different surgeon for an explant and capsulectomy only. That said, Dr. Cash’s consultation was still incredibly valuable and helped me feel confident in choosing explant only and trusting my body to recoil on its own. That approach ended up being exactly what I needed. I genuinely value Dr. Cash’s expertise and the time she took to educate me. She is clearly an intelligent and talented surgeon, and I have no doubt she delivers excellent results. My only suggestion would be to ensure post-consultation discussions remain closely aligned with the patient’s stated goals. Overall, I appreciate the care and information provided during my visit.

From the moment I walked into Dr Cash office, I felt comfortable. Dr Cash listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable and heard. I went to her for a reduction due to extreme left shoulder pain. My pain level was a 10. Since my procedure on September 23. 2025 I have not experienced any pain. I also receive compliments from family and friends about my new look. I don't know why I waited so long to have this procedure, but I'm glad that I heard of Dr. Cash. Thank you Dr. Cash.
It has been such a wonderful experience.She is very explanatory concerning anything asked. This made me confident and calm about breast reduction surgery. She really knows her stuff and is a master craftsman when it comes to working with her hands. I am a month and 3 weeks and my scars a seamless and almost invisible.
It's Like Aging Backwards I was definitely worried going in but with Dr. Cash in Houston, you really have nothing to worry about. I came in with some laxity and hallowing in my midface. I'm 37 and im just not ready to see that. Ithink what's wildest about sculptra is that it's truly like aging backwards. I look in the mirror and I look like myself from 5 years ago. It's actually insane. Completely natural. I'm blown away by the results. Truly.
