Erica is the best!!! She is the only aesthetician that was able to help me establish healthy, clear skin after a 6-year struggle with acne. She actually took time to listen to my needs to help me find the right skin care regimen. She is thorough, knowledge, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Cash gave me an eyebrow and eyelid lift and did an amazing job. Her work looks very natural. I’m 6 months post-surgery now and I haven’t had any complications.

Dr.Cash and her team are the best in Houston. I initially saw 2 other doctors before having my consult with Dr. Cash and realized how important getting my procedure done by a meticulous and detail oriented surgeon was. She was the only doctor who took the time to talk to me during consult and had the best bed side manner. She also saw me after hours and accommodated me when I had concerns or minor complications, something I’m forever grateful for. I finally have the body I did before I had kids and I’m beyond happy . Thank you Dr.Cash & team !!

Best decision I've ever made. First, I am a female, using my husband's account. I had just suffered through TWO very disappointing and very botched surgeries for a breast augmentation using a well known, well established, and certified plastic surgeon that performed the second surgery to try and fix a fairly routine issue, only to make things much, much worse. It was bad enough that several highly rated plastic surgeons turned me away and told me that I would need some serious reconstruction in order to try and fix the problem. So I saw three of the best reconstruction surgeons and each told me they would do their best to reconstruct my pockets using mesh and sutures but could not guaranty the results, only that things would look 'better'. I happened across Dr. Cash's website while waiting to be scheduled for surgery with another physician and decided to go ahead and see her as a fourth opinion. During my initial consultation, Dr. Cash was very candid with me and spent over two hours discussing my concerns, really listening to me, what I wanted, what I liked and didn't like, and how best to go about fixing my botched surgery. I knew before I left that I had found the right doctor. She also made no guarantees but I could tell she was the real deal, and she didn't immediately formulate an opinion on what was needed; rather, she studied my photos and me, and we discussed solutions. Eventually we had a plan, one that I felt a big part of. The surgery went smoothly and she later told me about how many different implants she tried on me during my surgery before settling on the ones that looked best. Before seeing her, I didn't even know there were different types of implants. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and it only continues to improve over time. I will add that through my job, I have had the opportunity to meet and interact with hundreds of physicians. Dr. Cash is a clear standout, someone who is highly skilled and experienced, and extremely knowledgeable in her field, yet she is also very down-to-earth and personable, someone that I really enjoyed speaking with, and most importantly, someone that truly cared about giving me what I wanted and the best results possible. I do not believe in coincidences and am very blessed to have had the best doctor and the best outcome. I simply cannot say enough about Dr. Cash and how grateful I am to her for all of her time and efforts. Her staff are equally amazing and competent and I felt very at ease with all of them, operating like a well-oiled machine, yet interacting with each other more like family. I only wish I had used her from the start. My husband has gone with me each visit and he has told me numerous times how much he loves Dr. Cash and her team, and most importantly, my results.

Dr. Cash completely changed my life by transforming my body with a mommy makeover. I interviewed several doctors and am so thankful I decided to see her as she was my last consult that I almost didn’t make. She takes her time, is honest, and her work is amazing.

AMAZING!! Dr. Cash is the BEST! She is very compassionate, caring and she truly cares about her clients. She made sure I had happy and she took care of any concerns I may have had. I also felt safe and comfortable at all times. Her staff is great. They always made me feel welcomed and comfortable while I was in her office. ❤️❤️

So far no complications and thrilled with results I went to three surgeons for consultation prior to selecting Dr. Cash for my mommy makeover after losing about 80 pounds. I felt instantly at ease with Karen and Dr. Cash. I had two visits with her before my surgery and all my questions were answered. I was particularly comforted by her plan to have an overnight hospital stay and the thorough review of pros and cons of breast augmentation. She also did not recommend the fleur dis lis abdominoplasty (vertical and horizontal incisions) as the other surgeons did. I had abdominoplasty, breast augmentation (silicone 660cc), brachioplasty and liposuction to flanks and arms. So far no complications and thrilled with results except one area on my arm crook where it's rather puffy (the scar intersects with a previous scar and there's likely some scar tissue there). Attaching before and 2 week post op pictures for reference. Went to doctor today for 3 week follow up and all is well. Incisions under breast get irritated easily and my right arm has some nerve irritation.

UPDATE 11/8/23: The Cash team was expeditious in addressing my concern about how my filler settled and the upcharge for Botox. I was reimbursed for the Botox upcharge and we dissolved the filler that sat between my outer eyeline and upper nose bridge. As it dissolved I saw what I would have wanted as the end goal in the procedure as it moved the placement more subtly but it disappeared completely during the 2-step process. This is ok though! It restored my faith in a happy ending. The original syringe was reimbursed also (I had 2 I believe). Ideally I will return for the under-eye filler that inspired me to visit in 2 months now; Dr. Cash stated this was a 3-step process for the patient. Changing my 2 stars to 4 now for the immediate service and beside manner - I am certain my next visit will be 5 stars. 10/20/23: This is only based on my experience for Botox and fillers. Initially went in May about a week (maybe 2) before a presentation, was advised by Dr. Cash to be conservative so that it wasn’t drastic. Great advice, as I’d never had Botox. Takes them awhile (5days) to set in but once they did, my eyebrows were in my hairline with the slightest expression. Unfortunately my presentation was in NY so I had to present this way. Once I returned I called the office who told me to come in. Once they saw it Dr. Cash was out and I had to come back the next week. By then my cheek filler also separated so I have a pea sized lump under my eye that won’t go away. To address first the “sprockets” or the intense frightened look of the eyebrows, they needed to add more Botox to the forehead. I was told this was at no cost to me as I’d already spent $3k. Next I was simply told that the lump is a small separation of the filler like it was no issue. It still is an issue to me because I’m writing this in almost November and it’s still very visible. Last, I go to checkout and am told she will be charging me for the additional Botox, despite the application not being favorable, then I’m told I’m only being charged because they used another filler that “lasts longer,” than Botox - even tho it was not a choice. Ultimately they only charged me half of the cost at another $300. I will say that the additional $300 didn’t last me any longer than normal as wrinkles started coming back this month. I’m 38 and I can here because of the under eye fillers I never received because I was recommended not to mess with the eyes before the presentation. Given the results of my cheeks and experience with my eyebrows, she was correct about this - but the service wasn’t one I’ll be returning again for. I’m actually embarrassed to write this as cosmetic procedures are private for me and now this is public.
