Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) Before & After Pictures of Patient 226Back
This 38-year-old mother of two was greatly dissatisfied with the appearance of her midsection. She had undergone several abdominal surgeries prior to her tummy tuck at my Houston practice including 2 cesarean sections, hernia repair surgery, and laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal surgery). As seen in her before photos, she had excess skin that hung over her abdomen due in part to her changes in diet and lifestyle which resulted in quickly losing 40 pounds.
To address all her concerns and goals, I performed an extended abdominoplasty. Unlike a traditional tummy tuck, an extended abdominoplasty involves removing redundant skin from the sides and lower back. 260g were removed from her right flank and 275grams were removed from her left. An additional 1542 grams were removed from her pannus (the excess skin which had once hung below her pubic bone). 4.55 pounds of skin were removed in total. Her beautiful results are shown here in photos taken at her 6-month follow up visit.
If you are considering tummy tuck surgery and would like to find out how it can help you meet your goals, request a consultation to meet with me personally at either of my two Houston offices or contact my office by calling 713-571-0600 today.
