Explantation with Ruth Graf Auto-Augmentation Mastopexy Lift

This is a 32-year-old female who presented with a “double-bubble” deformity and glandular ptosis (sagging) of her breasts following a Breast Augmentation years earlier with a different surgeon.  To achieve the results seen here, I performed an explantation and restored a natural appearance to her bust by utilizing a Ruth Graf auto-augmentation mastopexy technique for her breast lift.  The intact implant removed from her right side had a volume of 350ccs and the intact implant removed on her left side had a volume of 400ccs.  She is seen her 2 months after surgery and is extremely pleased with her results.
