Before & After
This patient had undergone a Breast Augmentation with silicone implants and then 3 years later had her first child which resulted in a distortion and unnatural look to her chest. The results of her initial Breast Augmentation were further complicated due to a recent diabetes diagnosis which led to additional weight fluctuations on top of changes caused by pregnancy and lactation. As seen in her before photos, she presented with grade-3 ptosis (sagging) and breasts that were much larger than desired. To achieve the results seen here, I performed an explantation. left capsulorrhaphy, and a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) as well as a reduction of the skin envelope to reduce her cup size from a DDD down to a D cup. The intact implant removed from her right side had a volume 450ccs and the left intact implant had a volume of 400ccs. She is seen here 6 months post-op.
