Breast Lift with Implants Case #193

This 39 year old patient is seen here in her pre-op and 1 year follow up visits.  As seen in her before photos, having lost nearly half her body weight, her newly trimmed figure was hidden behind the excess skin around her abdomen and arms.  Her breasts had also taken on a “deflated” appearance which she chose to have corrected by including a breast lift with implants along with her abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and brachioplasty (arm lift).  I removed over 5 pounds of excess skin from her abdomen (2317 grams), an additional 1.8 pound from her arms (435g from the right; 387g from the left).  To complete her transformation, I performed a breast lift and used 385cc implants to restore a naturally full and youthful appearance to her chest.
