Before & After
This patient is seen here before and 1 year after surgery which included a tummy tuck and explantation (removal of implants) with an autoaugmentation (enhanced mastopexy). As seen in her before photo, she presented with a “Waterfall*” or “Snoopy*” deformity following a breast augmentation performed 7 years earlier by another surgeon. She had ample breast tissue for me to convert to upper-pole fullness with a Ruth Graf technique allowing her to maintain a youthful and beautiful breast profile without any implants. A tummy tuck was also performed to complete this transformation. 910 grams (approx. 2lbs) were removed.

*These terms describe when breast tissue falls below the implant causing the breast to look like the profile of Snoopy Dog or a waterfall where breast tissue spills over an implant, frequently causing nipples to face downwards as was the case here.
