It’s Here! Introducing ThermiVa™

The treatment, based off ThermiTight™ and ThermiSmooth™ radiofrequency technology, can be used to tighten both external (labia) and internal (vaginal) skin.
How it works: ThermiVa is a new, non-surgical procedure performed in our Houston office. Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Cash uses a temperature-controlled radiofrequency system. A small wand that has a sensor on the tip monitors skin temperature and the amount of energy delivered to the tissue. Heat applied during the treatment helps to promote collagen redevelopment, strengthen the structure of the skin, and improve integrity of tissues. The complete ThermiVa process includes 3 separate treatments over a 3-month period.

You asked and we heard you! The dermal filler Bellafill has returned to our office.
Bellafill is a unique, collagen-based filler that is used to treat smile lines and acne scars. Microspheres in the filler rejuvenate the skin by supporting the production of your own collagen. In other words, it doesn’t just fill; it restores. In clinical studies, results lasted as long as 12 months, although typical results last about 6 months.
